中能变压器制造有限公司再获质量管理体系认证证书

2018年2月36日，中能变压器制造有限公司再获质量管理体系认证证书，该管理体系符合GB/T 19001-2008/ISO 9001:2008《质量管理体系 要求》，覆盖的产品及其过程为110KV及以下电力变压器的生产，35KV及以下箱式变电站的设计、制造和售后技术服务。

 中能变压器制造有限公司始建于1969年，是国家定点生产电力变压器、组合成套变电站、钢管塔等产品的中型专业生产厂，全国电气机械制造行业500强企业。企业现在岗职工300余名，专科学历以上人员有近百人，其中工程技术人员24人，中级以上职称9人，高级工程师3人。
    企业的主导产品主要有四大类，即油浸式电力变压器、干式变压器、箱式成套变电站、避雷器熔断器隔离开关等高压电器，这些产品均通过国家权威部门鉴定，并被国家相关部委列入全国城乡电网建设所需设备的推荐目录。企业注册的“天柱”牌电力变压器被评为“安徽省名牌产品”。
    公司占地面积6万余平方米，建筑面积3万余平方米。固定资产3431万元。公司现有5000平方米及3000平方米两个主厂房，8个2000平方米左右的配套厂房，拥有300余台（套）大型生产及检测设备，主要有两台变压法真空干燥罐、乔格斜剪生产（600）线和纵剪机、大型液压剪板机、大型热压机、数控机床、1200KV冲击电压发生器、900KW电动发电机组、箔绕机、环氧树脂浇注罐、气相色谱仪、50吨及以下吨位行车21部等，这些从硬件上有效保证了产品质量的可靠及稳定。目前企业已具备年产变压器120万KVA，成套变电站200台（套），高压电器20万件（套）的年产能。

Founded in 1969, the company is a medium-sized professional manufacturer of power transformer, Integrated Substation, steel pipe tower and other products. At present, there are more than 300 staff and workers in the enterprise, and there are nearly 100 staff with college degree or above, including 24 engineers and technicians, 9 titles above the intermediate level and 3 senior engineers.
The leading products of the enterprise are mainly four kinds of high-voltage appliances, such as oil-immersed power transformer, dry transformer, box substation, arrester fuse isolation switch and so on. These products are all passed through the country
